They do not offer your body the nutrients and vitamins it needs for optimal health.

If you really want to make an impact on your health, consider these tips on how you can improve your breakfast every day:

If you choose to eat light during the breakfast hours, consuming a piece or two of fruit may be the best option for you. Fruit is light and typically does not give you a feeling of being full, but it is giving your body essential nutrients it needs to get you through the morning. Easy fruits to grab in the morning are bananas, apples, oranges, pears, peaches, or berries of all kinds.

2.    Eat eggs

Eggs are a wonderful breakfast choice because they are high in protein, which will typically make you feel more energized and fuller. If you eat a hearty breakfast, you will most likely not overeat during lunch because you already have some substance in your system. Eat eggs scrambled, poached, fried, or hard-boiled.
